Phillip Mills was nominated for two EDI Awards from the Professional Skaters Association(PSA). The winners of these awards will be disclosed at the upcoming annual PSA Coaches Conference at the end of May 2023.

Phillip was nominated for the President's Award of Excellence given to a member who has consistently demonstrated a positive contribution to the sport of figure skating.

The second category in which Phillip was nominated is the F. Ritter Shumway Award presented to a person who has earned the distinction for unending dedication and significant contributions to the world of figure skating.
